Chloe Koh, a 2023 recipient of the Unleash The Roar! (UTR!) Overseas Football Scholarship has secured an academic and athletic scholarship to study and play football at St Bonaventure University in New York, United States from the third quarter of 2026.

Unleash the Roar! aims to uplift Singapore football by improving standards across all levels through a structured football development system. This multi-stakeholder national project strives to make tangible and quantifiable changes in the structure of Singapore football from the ground up, based on feedback from the fraternity and a firm commitment of support from relevant stakeholders. The project will activate Singapore’s footballing community from the past and present to support the future of local football.
